Job Description: The primary duties of this position require the individual to perform contract management support administrative functions in the review and close-out of government contracts. Contract Specialists perform the closeout of contracts and delivery orders above the simplified acquisition threshold.

Minimum Qualifications: Candidate must be highly proficient using adaptive technology with ability to use MS office, Word, Excel and Access. Exceptional accuracy required. Working knowledge of office practices and procedures, proper grammar, spelling and punctuation. Must be able to exercise independent judgment and decision making. Ability to perform duties without direct supervision, following verbal and written instructions.

Preferred Qualifications: College degree or equivalent work experience with a minimum of 24 business credit hours.

Special Requirements: Employment is contingent upon passing federal NAC background check. This is a government program which requires candidates to be a US Citizen. Must be accepted into NIB CMS training and complete designated Defense Acquisition University coursework.

Job Description: Facilitate the goals and objectives of VIB working in a customer service center. Individual will provide support for the ecommerce, manufacturing, distribution, and retail store divisions by processing inquiries, applying product knowledge, direct services, and warranty services as it applies to the brands produced by AbilityOne, VIB and its supplier network.

Minimum Qualifications: Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in public relations and customer service. Ability to work independently and effectively. Ability to train others in performance of their duties. Excellent computer skills including MS Office applications and adaptive software when needed. Ability to exercise independent judgment and problem solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications: Minimum two-year college education or equivalent with experience in office practices, administrative functions and customer service.

Job Description: Perform stock clerk, cashier and customer service duties utilizing an automated point-of-sale system. Responsibilities may include cash register operation; providing customer service and assistance with special orders; receiving merchandise; stocking shelves; quality assurance; material movement; other duties in support of the operation of the Base Supply Store.

Minimum Qualifications: Minimum of high school education or equivalent required. Demonstrated problem-solving and excellent customer service skills. Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills. Proficient computer skills, familiarity with internet, Microsoft Windows operating system and Microsoft Office software. Ability to perform duties independently without direct supervision. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand up to 8 hours.

Preferred Qualifications: General warehousing and/or retail experience.

Special Requirements:Must be able to pass a background investigation to obtain a DOD access pass.

Job Description: Assemble and package LED lighting products. Label, seal, inspect, pack, store raw materials and finished products. Prepare materials for shipment. Report production and perform quality checks. Perform other duties as assigned with other products in the facility.

Minimum Qualifications: Dexterity to perform packaging and / or assembly operations. Work independently. Ability to stand 7-8 hours, and lift up to 50 pounds. Able to work safely with minimum supervision. Ability to operate industrial drills and riveters; ability to exercise good hand/foot coordination; good oral and written communication skills, ability to read and implement production schedules.

Preferred Qualifications: Manufacturing experience.

Job Description: Receive and inspect materials as they are delivered, maintaining record of inventory and recommending reorders as necessary. Maintain inventory of spice raw goods and inventory of finished goods. Open, box, bottle, fill, label, and/or other tasks in spice area for spice department. Maintain cleanliness of spice room to meet supervisor expectation and procedures as required to meet ISO quality standards, FDA requirements, and other processes. Maintain spice equipment in a safe operating condition, reporting deficiencies to supervisor. Inspection of product and bottling operation. Perform other duties as assigned in other departments of the facility.

Minimum Qualifications: Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of staff. Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing. Knowledge of quality assurance and manufacturing practices and principles. Skill to effectively utilize materials and machines in a production environment. Accepts and implements change willingly.
