Position Title: Contract Closeout Specialist

Job Description: The primary duties of this position require the individual to perform contract management support administrative functions in the review and close-out of government contracts. Contract Specialists perform the closeout of contracts and delivery orders above the simplified acquisition threshold.

Minimum Qualifications:Candidate must be highly proficient using adaptive technology with ability to use MS office, Word, Excel and Access. Exceptional accuracy required. Working knowledge of office practices and procedures, proper grammar, spelling and punctuation. Must be able to exercise independent judgment and decision making. Ability to perform duties without direct supervision, following verbal and written instructions.

Preferred Qualifications: College degree or equivalent work experience with a minimum of 24 business credit hours.

Special Requirements: Employment is contingent upon passing federal NAC background check. This is a government program which requires candidates to be a US Citizen. Must be accepted into NIB CMS training and complete designated Defense Acquisition University coursework.

Position Title: Spice Room Production Worker-C

Hiring Range: $7.98 - $13.34/hour

Job Description: Receive and inspect materials as they are delivered, maintaining record of inventory and recommending reorders as necessary. Maintain inventory of spice raw goods and inventory of finished goods. Open, box, bottle, fill, label, and/or other tasks in spice area for spice department. Maintain cleanliness of spice room to meet supervisor expectation and procedures as required to meet ISO quality standards, FDA requirements, and other processes. Maintain spice equipment in a safe operating condition, reporting deficiencies to supervisor. Inspection of product and bottling operation. Perform other duties as assigned in other departments of the facility.

Minimum Qualifications: Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of staff. Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing. Knowledge of quality assurance and manufacturing practices and principles. Skill to effectively utilize materials and machines in a production environment. Accepts and implements change willingly.

Special Requirements: Part time, no more than 1,500 hours per year

Job Description: The primary duties of this position require the individual to perform daily warehousing activities to include inventorying, packaging, assembling, kitting, packaging and preparing for shipment items in support of VIB contracts.

Minimum Qualifications: Candidate must be familiar with adaptive technology and computer use for routine personnel reporting requirements. Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both oral and written. Ability to establish/maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, customer, staff and agency personnel. Ability to use time effectively and efficiently. Abilities related to working in a warehouse environment and managing inventories. Exceptional accuracy required. Working knowledge of office practices and procedures, proper grammar, spelling and punctuation. Must be able to exercise independent judgment and decision making. Ability to perform duties without direct supervision, following verbal and written instructions. High school education or equivalent desired. Experience in warehouses, packaging or assembly operations, shipping / receiving desired.

Job Description: The primary duties of this position requires the individual to perform contract management support administrative functions in the review and close out of complex cost government contracts. Contract specialists perform administrative functions, close out of contracts and delivery orders above the simplified acquisition threshold. The team lead position will also be responsible for assisting the team manager in maintaining management reports, database, records and managing contract closing production process. Manages cash collection system and records; assists team in expediting contract closeout actions. Reviews and analyzes contract workload, prepare files and memos to minimize contract errors, and close the contract file with 95% accuracy. Posts closed contract records in the DCMA repository without error.

Minimum Qualifications: Candidate must be familiar with adaptive technology and computer use for routine reporting requirements and contract closeout functions. Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both oral and written. Ability to establish/maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, customer, staff and agency personnel. Ability to use time effectively and efficiently. Exceptional accuracy required. Working knowledge of office practices and procedures, proper grammar, spelling and punctuation. Must be able to exercise independent judgment and decision making. Ability to perform duties without direct supervision, following verbal and written instructions. Experience in the cost contract closure process. High school education or equivalent required. Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Preferred Qualifications: College degree with 24 business credit hours preferred.

Special Requirements: Must currently possess a Government Security Clearance, and be familiar with the DCMA cost contract closeout process.
